Firstly, Twelve Oaks Mansion is the premier wedding and event venue in the greater Pittsburgh area. Twelve Oaks is family-owned, and as a result, we are very passionate about providing you with a romantic setting for your once-in-a-lifetime event.
Because of this, we work with full-service caterers and vendors who share the same philosophy and commitment to quality as we do. We are continually working towards building relationships with many vendors to help us achieve an even greater level of excellence.

Meet the team at Twelve Oaks
The owner, Linda Santa, has a Bachelors’s Degree from California University of Pennsylvania in Elementary Education. Linda is involved in every aspect of Twelve Oaks. Family is everything to her. She has built her legacy by creating businesses for her children. We owe everything to her. We hope to return the favor to her, but we don’t see her taking it easy soon. She is an OG Woman Entrenpenuar. She paved the way for us, and we never thought a woman could not rule the world. Our mom leads by example; without her vision and tenacity, Twelve Oaks Mansion would not be here. Cheers, Mom. We love you.
Our General Manager, Leigh Santa, is the first person you will meet and will be sure to make all of your dreams come true with the family’s help. She has a Bachelors Degree from The Pennsylvania State University. She has also trained at The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley and has continued her studies abroad in France learning butchery. She also helps run her small family farm, Twelve Oaks sole source of eggs and pork. Twelve Oaks is committed to working towards a zero-waste system and responsibly recycles everything due to her influence.
Designer/Assitant Coordinator, Julie Primrose, has a Bachelors Degree from The Pennsylvania State University. She has a beautiful family and started working with us two years ago. Her specialty is everything, and she won’t leave until it’s perfect; sometimes, that means being there until the early hours when we are flipping between events. So, if you think details are important (like Julie), you will be happy to know she has you every step of the way.
Office Manager, Bethany Ley, has a Bachelors Degree from The Pennsylvania State University but needs no introduction. She was the main girl during our first 12 years in business. She recently took some time off to raise her beautiful family but still helps keep us organized. Phew.
Junior Assistant Coordinator, Hannah Primrose, is a Junior in High school and involved in Competitive Dance. She’s an old soul and works like her Grandma, Aunts, and Mom. We love working with her, and the energy she brings when working is unmatchable. We do not know how you manage it all; we hope to be just like you when we’re older. 😉
